Mobile Phones

But what has happened is financial institutions have picked up on the fact we feel VERY comfortable with our mobile phones. So much so that they are getting in on a new movement to allow us consumers to purchase items through our mobile phones as if they were credit cards. No swiping and probably just a keystroke or two will purchase you your favorite beverage.
Do you see the beauty of this. We are probably already on our cell phone, possibly sending a chat message, or at the best case scenario have it clipped to our belt, ready to draw, shoot, and purchase. This is what made the credit card companies so profitable. They introduced something, the credit card, made it something everyday, and we the consumer have eaten it up and gone head over heel in debt.
Like I said, I LOVE the technology. But watch out for this one in the next couple of years. Check out Qualcomm as they are leading the way for this.
