Withings Body Scale: Measure your weight the smart way March 2nd, 2010

I just hate the thought of having to manually note my weekly progress on the weight scale and then calculate (it just sucks) how much I have lost in terms of fat. Now here comes the sleek and elegant Withings Scale which measures your weight by sending miniscule electric current into your body. Depending upon the amount of resistance, it calculates how much of the weight of your body is lean mass and how much is fat mass. BMI is also calculated by the machine and the data is sent to a website where it is tracked, graphed and laid out for you to visualize and chalk out a weight loss strategy.
Not only is it smart on the inside but even on the outside with its sleek metallic look and is something which doesn't need to be shoved under the bed.
Before I sign off, one thing I would like to share with you all is that people having pacemaker should avoid it as it uses small amounts of electric current for arriving at calculations which could interrupt its functioning.
