WiBE: Powers up your broadband connection June 23rd, 2010

Some good news for companies based out of countryside. A new Wireless Broadband Enabler (WiBE) device has been launched by Deltenna which is a self installed router connecting through mobile networks and puts to use antenna technology for improving signals.
Using this plug and play system, a 2MB Wi-Fi hotspot is created for customers to access and is expected to come to the aid of companies based in countryside suffering from poor internet connectivity.
As per Andrew Fox, CEO, Deltenna:
There are still millions of people throughout Europe and the US for whom fast broadband is a myth. The WiBE's range and throughput means broadband can more easily, and cost-effectively, be deployed in regions that don't have access to DSL.
