So will you be on it? From the outside, the bus displays the looks of any traditional bus - four wheels, a driver, luggage compartment, flatscreen TV, wall sockets ... waitaminute! Hold it right there.
Apart from the interesting amenities such as a mini kitchen and an entertainment center at the back, the bus is equipped with wireless Internet access allowing you to surf through the 5 hour bus trip:
But the real coup de grace is the fact that the entire bus has Wi-Fi during the entire five-hour journey between Tallinn, Estonia, to Riga, Latvia. That makes this rig likely the first international cross-border Wi-Fi-enabled bus line. Better still, the cost of connecting to the internet is included in the $40 one-way ticket. [source]
Pretty soon we will be seeing commercially available portable wireless hotspots. Every car will have one, thus making the possibilities for WiMAX more feasible everywhere.
