VoIP on iPhone via iCall

Filed in archive Internet telephony by Rom Feria on June 14, 2008

A company called iCall announced their VoIP application for the iPhone. This VoIP application is different from the other types of VoIP services currently available but is similar to the TMobile's Hotspot@Home service. Here is a list of what iCall offers for iPhone users:

  • Make and receive calls over WiFi

  • Transfer inbound calls from a regular cell call to WiFi instantly and seamlessly - save your expensive minutes

  • Access your same address book

  • Customize your voicemail options

For those road warriors who want to save up on their monthly call-time minutes, this is heaven-sent. :)
