Use a dual jack to wirelessly extend your phone
Filed in archive Wireless by Elwyn Jenkins on June 29, 2007

This brief video shows how you can wirelessly add a phone jack to any part of your home.

I have a similar system at home now. I needed my cable box to be connected to a phone jack so that the cable company can check my purchase details when buying through the cable system.

We found at our nearest electronics store a phone jack extender like the one shown in this video.

Simply plug the base station into an electricity outlet and the phone cord into the jack connected to the electricity outlet. The other device also clicks into an electricity outlet nearest where you need the new phone jack and then click into place the phone jack of the device you are locating.

Five minutes and there is an extension to where you wanted the phone jack to be now located. Watch the video and it will become clearer. Presto! The wireless phone jack extension!
