The Cranking Widgets Blog has a good article titled "Transform Your Cell Phone into a Productivity Juggernaut". This is a particularly good article showing you how to use online services to enhance the way your phone works.
Of particular note is the fact that you don't even need to have the latest humdinger of a phone . . . you can most likely use the phone you have in your pocket right now to log onto and use these services.
My favorite service mentioned in this article is Jott. You are on the road and want to blog about something you have just discovered. No problem, call Jott and talk through what you want blogged. Jott will transcribe that into text and post it to your blog or have it in draft form so that you can post it when you want.
