Sony Walkman W910 and W960   June 14th, 2007

Sony Walkman W910 and W960

Sony Ericsson's W910 and W960 are worthy phones to consider. While I would not count these phones to be a "business phone" if you are anything like me I use a phone for all manner of things but calendaring, contacts and email are not things for which I use a phone. I use a phone for entertainment while flying, waiting and passing time.

So Engadget's coverage of the W910 and W960 got me real interested, especially the W960 with 8GB of internal memory to house my tunes, pics and the like.

Like a lot of phones these days, the W960 advertises a touchable interface for browsing music and other goodies, though a stylus is onboard for finer operations. It gets a 3.2 megapixel cam, and oh yeah — it's a fully-featured smartphone . . .

Sounds like something I will be taking a much closer look at in the next few weeks.
