Here are some real suggestions as to how to shave hours off your working week. There is no single thing you can do, but in aggregate, if you apply all these little ideas, you can take back at least 10 hours from your working week and put that time into something else.

One of the ways I shave hours off my working week is by completing a lot more of my work at home and stretching out the days I spend visiting my client(s). Rather than going each week to see my client I make my appointments with them ten days apart rather than 7 days apart. They still see me from week to week but just that little more distance to give me an extra number of hours in a week.
What about you? How can you shave time off your working week?
