PUTTY on your iPhone August 17th, 2008
One of the applications lacking on the OS X-powered iPhone is the Terminal.app. Yeah, I know it isn't a deal-breaker but for hard-core hackers out there, a console/terminal is indispensable. Eric Maland created pTerm for the iPhone (software based on the putty application on Windows).
In a nutshell, I'd say that it works as advertised. I am sure that CLI-lovers will love it. One thing about this app is that you do not need to jailbreak your iPhone to be able to use it.
For system and network administrators who telecommute, this is a must-have app.

You can manage your server even when you are away from your PC with this tiny App from ZingerSoft. It’s called (iSSH) very useful App that supports tunneled VNC and X client connections as well as iPhone 3.0 cut and paste support!
It works great on iPhone and iPod Touch, its much like putty for windows with alot of configurations and also it cost only $9.99 that wouldnt hurt imagine you are on vacation in the middle of no where , and you server went down or crashed and requires a reboot , or a service for example like apache need a restart, you can do it ith this App in seconds.
