My favorite way of sharing documents, now, is by using the share option when writing a document in Google Docs & Spreadsheets. Everyone has a browser and sharing a document via Google Docs is as simple as reading a website in a browser, and what is more there is the word processing tool right there to make changes if that is what you want your readers to do.
