I talked about using PLDT WeRoam 3G Prepaid services but I did not mention how you can manage your account. One click away from the main PLDT WeRoam site, there is a service that allows you to query your remaining credits, to top-up your credits and to activate your WiFi account.
I have yet to try this service except for the WiFi activation. Unfortunately, I have not tried the WiFi account yet - apparently, it is still being "processed", according to the customer service representative. :(
As for the performance of the PLDT WeRoam 3G service, I must say that I am one satisfied customer. I can get UMTS/3G and HSDPA signals and the download speed is satisfactory - no, I have not reached the peak of 7.2Mbps but I am hoping that I'd get there soon. :)
Now, I wonder if this will work in the US or UK - with a prepaid SIM. Any ideas?

this app is how all multitask apps should work. When you go out of the app it asks if you want it to work in the background. With one exception when you get a call it puts you in background mode automatically. Clean and efficient. No run down battery and no memory loss without you knowing

I tested this camera for a client. I didn’t have the light running for more than 15 minutes. The battery lasted approximately 6 hours before recharging. The LCD, however, had a few dead pixels - never saw this before. Tried returning for exchange and had to put up quite a fight. Anyone else seen this? http://www.batteryfast.com.au
