New iPhone version June 10th, 2008

At Apple's developer conference, Steve Jobs unveiled the second version of the iPhone alone with some of the new features:
- connection to faster "third-generation" wireless networks with AT&T Mobility allowing for faster Web surfing from 3G coverage areas.
- built-in GPS location technology for use with location-aware applications (really cool)
- size of the iPhone is a bit thinner
- price is a bit cheaper ($300 for the 16 GB, $200 for the 8 GB)
- no change in the buying / downloading of music
Those of you with an iPhone will have to sound off on your likes or dis-likes. We always like the price breaks but I wonder how much of an issue the new network will be. Hopefully the problems from the first release have been buged out of this one.
