Laptop vs Desktop   August 12th, 2007

Updating your computer? Yes, well what are you going to buy? A laptop (notebook) or a desktop?

The video shown above walks you through the various reasons supporting a purchase of a laptop vs a desktop.

Of importance in favor of a laptop is the mobility you get through using a laptop. On the other hand if, after hours, you are a gamer then you might want a desktop, as laptops do not house the most power-packed video and audio systems.

Most people I know have both a desktop and a laptop, but in doing this, so as to be able to see the same work whether on one system or the other, then software is used as a service with all data being stored online.

If you don't have the luxury of having both a laptop and a desktop, then I would suggest that you opt for a desktop. Use online software, and house all data online. Then it doesn't matter where you are and what computer you have on hand, you can always get to your stuff.
