A few days ago I posted an article titled "What's Wrong with Li-ion Batteries?" Here I bring a follow-up to that article.

How to manage your li-ion battery

From experience I find that very few people really do understand their li-ion batteries. There are misconceptions, or no idea at all on how to use, look after or manage li-ion batteries.

I have found an article that you should read to better understand li-ion batteries - "3 Things You Should Already Know About Your Lithium Ion Battery".

The writer has a good practical approach to using and maintaining li-ion batteries. There are two lethal weapons that destroy li-ion batteries, the first is age and the second is heat. And according to the writer there is no such thing as "over-charging" your battery; batteries have a circuit that stops this from happening.

If you run a li-ion battery in any appliance, such as your Nokia phone, laptop, or any other device this article is worth reading.
