Gossip about work July 25th, 2007
For those of us who are employed by a boss, you might want to think about gossiping about work.
A new site Wurkpal (thanks to TechCrunch for pointing this site out) is designed for that very reason, for you to gossip about work conditions, about your boss and anything else that is eating into you about your workplace.
Of course you could also use BossBitching, Overhear.us, or JobVent.
But then again, think twice about writing to these sites during work hours and at work. Your boss may actually be sampling your keystrokes and be able to see anything you write to just about any site. So don't be fooled that you are clandestinely adding to these sites.
If you do gossip about work, then make sure that you are careful not to name people, or even to point to people, that can be recognized. Gossip, but be very careful.
