It appears that Firefox is indeed very popular in Europe; it is well supported by online forums, and people eager to help in the freeware space.
While Internet Explorer has about 60% of the market, Firefox has about 30% of the market and gaining about 3.1% of the market in the last 4 months.
Does it really matter which browser you use?
Needing to be my own system administrator (and being mobile most of the time) I use Firefox for the very same reason that the Europeans are using Firefox; there is always some new add-on in Firefox that makes doing things easier and there are loads of people who will help you if there is a problem. Internet Explorer just doesn't cut it for me there is not the same support activity as there is with Firefox..
I think the single most important feature of Firefox is that there are always new things being added on and I enjoy that as much as I do also use some of these add-ons in everyday activity.
