I run my PCs all the time without turning them off. Lately I have been wondering why after a day or two why Firefox can just collapse. Yes, I run the same instance of Firefox for several days. But I have noticed that it would seem to baulk at a request and die.

Now I have seen the answer to this problem. Firefox has a memory issue. It just keeps using up memory until there is none left to use. Hopefully firefox 3 when it is released will fix this bug.
Until then we should just close out my current instance of FIrefox each day and start a new one. This will at least stop it from its memory death after use over several days.
