I always believed that the moment you purchase a new laptop, the first thing you should do is buy a screen protector. This adds bragging rights to the resale value of "screen protector since day 1" care. Here's one from Elecom, a glossy protective film for your computer screen.
Sadly this version cannot accommodate the new 13 inch widescreen MacBooks as it can only fit notebooks with screens of 15, 17 and 19 inches WIDE. Travel with these on your notebook screens to prevent dust and scratches to your oh so previous LCD.
