Easy ways to spend less on your computer

Everything I do has something to do with a computer. Whether I am searching the Internet on my computer to find a florist, writing an email to a client, even going out for the day has something to do with a computer, finding online the right venue for the day!

With computers so integral to our lives, we have often spent money on computers with little thought to our budget. If I need it for my computer I have a license to go and spend that money because a computer is so integral to our lives.

"Easy Ways to Spend Less on Your Computer" is an article you should read. It is not necessary to spend as much as you do on running a home/office computer.

The author introduces us to his topic with the words:

I have been repairing and working on computers for a living for a decade now. Currently, I test the computer and information security of companies, especially banks and credit unions. I have done hard time in retail in the past, and I was broke for most of that time. Here are some tips and tricks I've learned to save money on computers.

The author then works through eight different ways you can spend less on your computer including using free sofware like Ubuntu and all of the free software associated with Ubuntu instead of Windows and all the software that must be bought, breathing new life into your computer through buying more RAM instead of buying a new computer, and six other ideas.

Article well worth reading.
