Do you need a virtual office?
"Touched by an Angel" discusses on her site the concept of a "virtual office". So what is a virtual office?

According to "Virtual Office" the article at Touched by an Angel, a virtual office is a service center that establishes a phone number in one of 750 city locations around the world, a mailing address, and other contact services so that your customers see a properly established office in the city of your choice.

So rather than using your home address, phone number etc., you have this all centered in the city where the majority of your customers feel is local to them. So if you live in Sydney, Australia, but the majority of customers live in the USA, you can have an office in Los Angeles, or New York, whichever your customers will consider to be a good locale for their business operator.

A great idea, but it just seems to me like an expense that is not really needed when providing an online service and physically go to my client sites once a week or so. A good idea for some though who need a physical location to make their business seem solid and located in an ideal location.
