Recently I have noticed some negative press thrown dell's way. For example, the Register is running a story "Why I won't buy a Dell next time" - a story about the purchase of a DELL Dimension 9200.

Disappointment of DELL's products and service seems to be much more than just a single article. I also found an article "Potential Dell Customer, You Have Been Warned" and "A snag in Dell's (DELL) turnaround".
So there is a lot of negative sentiment about DELL products and service. The few articles I have listed here is just the tip of the iceberg. There are lots of others.
Have you had some bad experiences with DELL products and/or service? Maybe we only read the bad and do not see the good ones because people are happy and do not seek publication like the bad wrappers. What has your DELL experience been?
