Corky: The Wireless Biodegradable Mouse

It is wireless and is green too. This is Corky, a wireless mouse which is can be used both at your home and office. It has been designed by Adele Peters. The best thing about this mouse is that it gets charged by kinetic energy generated by motion of your hand. Also it has been created from recycled cork shell and plastic components. It is biodegradable and waterproof and has already found a place in the finalist list of Greener Gadgets Design Competition.

I am very much impressed by its green concept of using biodegradable and recyclable material and discarding alkaline batteries which can lead to degradation of the environment. Let's hope this concept finds the light of the day and ends up on every computer table across the world.
