Completely remove Windows programs with Revo Uninstaller
Not happy with the way Windows removes unwanted software? At least, you should be unhappy as often the Windows Add/Remove Software does not get rid of some directories, and other unwanted files.

Thanks to Lifehacker for pointing out that you no longer need to suffer having little bits and pieces of program flotsam and jetsam, you can use Revo Uninstaller.

Lifehacker says of Revo Uninstaller:
Aside from the Uninstall features, Revo Uninstaller has a startup manager, which lets you tweak what apps start with Windows, and a few other handy tools. Granted, you can accomplish much of what Revo Uninstaller does without it, but I've never seen a program that does as much as Revo Uninstaller as easily as it does.
It looks like this could be a real favorite for Windows users. Clean-up your laptop or main computer with Revo Uninstaller.
