Ever wanted to make a presentation just that little bit nicer? Then, one of the ways you can improve presentations is through adding topical photographs. Now there are loads of places to get photographs online, most of which require you to pay some sort of fee.

However, with some of these photographs you may be required to link back to the origin of the photograph, or you may be required to add some text that attributes the origina of the photograph.

The first of these that I consider to be a good resource of free photograph is Photogen. At Photogen you are licensed to use the photograph in any marketing or presentation materials. However, you must not allow a third party to reproduce the photograph from your materials.

Then there is the "Free Public Domain Photo Database". While it is not compulsory, the site asks that you link back to the database indicating the source of the used photograph.

Del.icio.us lists this next site as a top rated site. "Public-domain-photos.com" is very well used as it does provide loads of free photographs across a wide range of topics. All photographs on this site can be used free for even commercial purposes. However, if the image includes a logo, you need to be careful about using the image in any commercial materials.

"Stock.XCHNG" is a group of photographers (members) who have databased a range of some 330,000 photographs for public use. While there is the invitation to use any of the photographs on the site, there is also an open invitation to share photographs online if you have some photographs that you wish to share with the world.

Last, there is Morguefile - a repository of free stock photographs. The site's strange name is explained on the site:
