14 wordprocessors compared June 21st, 2007

Lifehacker points to a review by DonationCoder of 14 word processors.
The three major word processors are reviewed: OpenOffice.org/StarOffice, microsoft word 2007, WordPerfect X3.
Second-tier word processors are covered as well: TextMaker, Atlantis, Papyrus WORD, AbiWord, Ability Write, EIOffice, PolyEdit, 602 Text.
A couple of online word processors are also included: Google Docs, ThinkFree Office Write, and Zoho Writer.
A thoughtful summary and recommendations is also made.
If you are looking to change your word processor this is a must read. If you use a word processor daily a change to another word processor might give you a more efficient way to write.
