Wireless Page To TV Magnifier: For the elderly and myopia patients
Elderly people and those having severe eye problems now won't have to depend on others for reading out their daily newspapers and letters nor would they need to invest in expensive magnification machines for solving their crossword puzzles, all thanks to Wireless Page to TV magnifier which comes in the shape and size of a computer mouse. All one needs to do is sweep it across a line of text and it can magnify it up to 25 times. The magnification has been made possible by a bright, 655 x 488 pixel handheld scanner. The scanner picks up the words and pictures and transfers it to its base station which sends it to your television screen and the magnification ranges from 10X on a 14" TV to 28X on a 32" TV. It also includes an AC adapter.

It's a wonderful product for elderly and people suffering from myopia.

Price: $149.95

Onzo Wireless Energy Monitoring Kit: For a greener future

Onzo Wireless Energy Monitoring Kit: For a greener future
Go Green, this is the mantra of today if you would like to save the future for your kids. Like it is said that charity begins at home so keeping this thought in mind Onzo has created a smart energy monitoring kit for your home. This wireless system updates you regarding the energy usage at your home and it can be placed anywhere in your house since it comes without wires.

The tiny sensor fitted in it tracks your energy usage and transmits it wirelessly to the display unit. It can store and display information of up to ten years and even comes up with a USB connection so that you can further analyze the energy consumption data on your computer and plan out an energy saving strategy accordingly. The energy saving device is still in the design stage and is expected to go into production later this year. As far as the price is concerned it's still undecided.

I feel that this would be an ideal device to track your energy consumption and save it as much as you can for a greener future.

IPEVO Tubular Wireless Speakers: Life feels so good without wires

IPEVO Tubular Wireless Speakers: Life feels so good without wires
You guys know IPEVO, the people behind a range of VoIP devices. Now they have gone ahead and launched Tubular, a set of wireless speakers which you can carry along anywhere minus the messy wires. These are three watt Bluetooth enabled speakers which can work with just any Bluetooth enabled music player, so this means it would be a perfect match with your computers, cell phones, notebooks, iPods and any other device which supports Bluetooth.

These wireless speakers can be interlocked in a tube shape and can be separated when required to put them into action. Detaching and attaching them is certainly a child's play. The wireless speakers are compact and lightweight and can easily find space inside your luggage.

People new to technology may face initial trouble with Bluetooth pairing and might need guidance for it. There are separate buttons for volume control and a multifunction button on the primary speaker for Bluetooth connection which doubles up as an On/Off button. The buttons when paired with selected Bluetooth devices can be used for navigating through tracks and performing play and pause functions at the same time. On a single charge, it can run up to eight hours with a standby time of up to 100 hours. It's priced at $79 so I think you won't mind spending your money on it to feel the wireless experience.
